Questions & Answers: Q What time can I check in and what time do we have to leave the rooms? A Check-in is at 14:00 hrs but if you arrive early, we will store your luggage and try to get your room ready before two o'clock. Check-out is at 10:30 hrs this is so the chamber maid can have the room ready for the next guests. Q What time are meals? A Breakfast is 09:00 to 09:30, evening meal is at 17:00 hrs. Q Are there towels in my room? A There are towels provided in your room. Q How can I reserve a room? A When you have made a booking, a deposit of generally £20 per person is required to secure a room payable by either cheque or card. Q I may arrive with a lot of cash on me, can I leave it with the hotel for safe-keeping? A There is a safe in the hotel, please inform reception if you would like to store valuables or cash in the safe. Q Do you have a car park? A Sorry there is no car park available however there is limited free street parking available and for a charge of £5 per day there is a car park close by. Q We are looking for an enjoyable stay in Blackpool but do not want to be in rowdy company, do you have stags and hen parties? A Although we have fun in the hotel and try to ensure our guests enjoy their stay, we do not accept rowdy behaviour or foul language. Failure to comply with the above may result in guests being asked to leave. Q I want to book for Christmas, what kind of deposit do you require? A A deposit of £100 per person is required for Christmas £50 for New Year, the balance is to be paid before the end of November. Q I have stayed at a hotel in Blackpool before and we had fill a meter for electricity and there were blankets on beds with no duvets, please tell me your hotel is not the same? A I am surprised that hotels still do this. Rest assured there are no additional costs such as paying for electricity and yes we do have duvets on beds. |
